any overseas /asian who has or is being going through the process of divorce in uk/asia, while wife went back to asia

I am a asain on hsmp visa who brought my wife to uk , but due to incompatibility and her anger problems we could not cope , I have a 4 year four daughter who is staying with me in uk and my wife has gone back to asia leaving the child to social services, we are separated for more than 2 years now, i want to apply for the divorce, shall i apply from uk or asia{India)
