It really does depend on what is at stake.
If you can agree things mutually then it's a whole lot better all around.
Its a big big question dependant on the whats whys and wheres to your circumstances.
My divorce in terms of the administration cost me about £500 in total. The other bits and pieces like maintenance and housing and reorganising my life cost me a whole lot more.
